make one public folder off-line |

hi friend´s excuse me for my bad english
i need allow a one person in my company, permit see the content in one
public folder when working off-line, this folder content contact list if is
disconected not is visible
thank´s for you help.

Drag the public folder to the Public Folder\Favorites and you can make it
available offline. Methods vary by version of Outlook, which you haven't
mentioned. |

Show the person how to add that folder to Public Folders\Favorites.
