Mailbox problem |
|
|
Software:
Windows 2003 SBS
Outlook 2003
There is an info mailbox with full access for 5 users (info@domain.com).
Each user has its own mailbox (user@domain.com).
In the outlook profile are both mailboxes visible. Info is the primairy
mailbox.
All external mail is send to info@domain.com.
Now, why this:
1. Every user must see every mail in/out/send of the info mailbox under
info@domain.com
2. All users must mail internally with their own name.
All works fine, but:
When internal mail is send from user to user, the email apears in the send
items of the info mailbox.
Question:
Is there an easy way keep the send item in the user mailbox and not in the
info mailbox?
Thanks in advance,
Fred Dekkers
