Synch GAL between 2 forests - MISS vs Interorg synch tool |

Having read other threads on this, Im aware of 3rd party tools that have been
mentioned (simplesynch, compusven) and also the cost differences between MIIS
enterprise and the IIFeature pack for AD - althought I believe both of these
require W2003 server enterprise edition which is costly in itself.
I need to synch the address book of my enterprise AD/Exch org with that of a
smaller company who currently sit outside of our Org - the requirement in the
short/medium term is just to achieve this and not to integrate their IT into
our AD/Exch Org.
Question - can this be achieved using the 'Interorg synch tool' will this
seamlessly maintain address book changes made in each org, or is this tool
just for a one of synch/import ??
