E2k3 in trusted domain |

Hi guys,
I´ve to setup a new e2k3 server. This server should run in a new domain. The
new domain has a trust with another domain (all w2k) with an existing e2k
server.
My question is:
Is it possible to install the e2k3 server into the same Org / Administrative
Group to be able to move all mailboxes and public folders to the new e2k3
server?
I´ve to perfom a complete migration to replace the old domain. We´ve tested
the scenario in a test environment and are able to move all users, groups,
computer accounts, access rights, etc. The crux is the exchange server.
When I install it separately I can use the exchange migration wizard. But
what about public folders transfer, server based rules, additional mailbox
rights, etc?
