I have several "public" pc's installed for clients to access email thru owa.
The often browse from these pc's as well. The problem I am having is when
they are in a browser windows and on a web site, when the click onto a mailto
link in that site, outlook express opens. Is there a snap-in for IE that will
redirect the mailto to open owa

Siegfried Weber has found a way for OWA 2003:

I don't know if it works with OWA 2000 though - probably not.
