We have a site that we connect to over an X400. We also have a Dir Rep using
the X400 to get updates. My question is, the other site has us not
configuring any address space for them in our X400 connector and I would like
to know what the main reason or benefit to this would be? It does have the
Connected site information but no Address space. To me it seems like it
would leave more room for error in message transfer and for Directory
Replication. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

You don't need an address space for a site for whom you already have
"connected site" information. Duplicate information.
