What is the recommended process to shut down exchange 2000 and 5.5 before a
reboot? Do I just do a regular restart?.....or dismount store and stop
services?

thx,
Stv

do a regular restart; it will stop automatically
the system won't shutdown until all services (including exchange) stop and
stores dismounted
