Moved Stores - Now backup problem?

I moved our stores from an internal set of mirrored drives to a newly connected fibre san drive on our exchange server and now my backup server (Veritas BE 9.1) no longer can connect to the exchange information store, it's just greyed out now when I try to select it in a new backup job...?

Anyone seen this?
