Exchange Server Error. HrBackupOpenFile failed |

Hi!
I have Exchange 2003 installed on a WIN 2000 SP4 and I am running a
database level backup. I have been using Computer Associates`s backup
software Brightstor Arcserve Backup ver 11. Lately I have been getting this
error. The backup logs say
E8602 Failed to read from database (DBNAME=First Storage Group transaction,
EC=EXCHANGE:Backup Agent Error -- (305) "Exchange Server Error.
HrBackupOpenFile failed. Check Backup Agent Activity Log". Is the problem
entirely with my backup software or it has to do something with my Exchange
as well? Any help would be appreciated.
