We are investigating the possibility of exchanging data between our customer
relations application and Exchange Server/Outlook. What we would like to do
is export contacts from the CR app and import them into Exchange. The
primary driver for this is our remote users.

Has anyone done this type of data exchange between a third-party
database/application and MS Exchange? What is involved from a development
perspective?
