I am able to create tasks using MAPI/WebDAV but unfortunately not able to assign it. Can someone please let me know how I can assign tasks using webdav?

for how to send task requests.

Note that that's not using webdav -- I don't know how to embed messages
within messages using that API, sorry, but once you can solve that it's
just a matter of setting some more properties.
