I am upgrading my Exchange 2000 to 2003 and want to add the capability to
serve our small association (25 email addresses using a different address
than my company) with email of their own. Is there anyway I can use the
standard version of Exchange 2003? We are a small company (50 users) so most
all the additional capabilities of the Enterprise Edition would not be
useful and it's VERY expensive...what are your thoughts?

Yep. Standard and Enterprise are pretty much the same except that
Enterprise allows you to have more data. Features are the same.

You want to check out recipient policies in the help file for information
about what you want to accomplish.
