I'm going from memory here but the associated content I believe is the hidden items in the folder such as views, etc. How many do you get when you query the server?

Does anyone know what the AssocContentCount property is? What is it telling me besides "The AssocContentCount property indicates the total number of messages associated with the mailbox folders", which is different from the TotalItems property, which is "The TotalItems property indicates the total number of messages in the mailbox".
What does it mean to be associated? SIS?
thanks all in advance.
