OutLook 2003, Exchange 2003, ISA 2004 trying to get RPC over HTTP

I have a "Front end /Back end" configuration working behind ISA2004.
I've used "RPCDiag" to verify my client is connecting HTTP.
Scenario making request in to my network from the Internet
I have done the test HTTPS:// X.X.X.X/RPC/RPCPROXY.DLL I get the blank page
like I'm suppose to.

I am using ISA to pass to "RPC proxy" (front end server) none of these
servers are hanging off the internet and they all have private IP address,
192.168.0.x.
When I try to use the Outlook client with "RPC over HTTP" I am not able to
get to my internal Exchange server and when using the utility RPCDiag I am
showing connection attempts with TCP/IP and not HTTP

I probably have not passed on all the info required to make a knowledgeable
guess here, but this is a start.

Now for my question on how the client should be configured;

In the "Use Exchange Proxy" settings in the Outlook 2003 what server do I
point this too?
Is this the Published Public IP address or is this the IP address to the
RPCpoxy of the internal IP address server that the ISA server will pass to?

Is my Exchange server also needing to be published to the Internet through
the ISA server?
Than what the values I should config my clients to?
My exchange server pointing to ISA published site?
My Excahnge RPCProxy also pointing to a ISA published site?

I'M SO CONFUSED

Your link was interesting but I did not find the information I require, at
least not in the words I understood.
This is my question in black and white. On my LAN I configure the Outlook
client to look at IP addresses and NETBIOS names that my LAN understands.

I have three servers involved, the ISA 2004 server, the Front-end server
(RPC proxy server) and the Back-end server. Behind the ISA server, on my
LAN, I configure my Outlook client to point to is the Main Exchange server as
the Back-end client and my RPC proxy as my Front-End client.
I have done this for testing purposes and it works and I do show my
connections as HTTP to Exchange server.
BUT
I don't see taking these same settings and putting my client at the local
Ramada Inn with free Internet access and having him get to his email using
the same settings that were used on my LAN.

My question is from the out side looking in.

How is the Outlook client configured when on the Internet side of the ISA
server?
Maybe the word "How" is not appropriate here. I know I can key in values,
that is the HOW but what are those values?

What is my Exchange server address when I am on the Internet? Is it the
same as the Public ISA server address?
Physically and IP address wise my Exchange server is not on the Internet
neither is the Front-End server.

What also than is my RPC proxy server address? Is it also the Public ISA
server address or will ISA pass what ever value is in the "Exchange Proxy"
settings in the Outlook client?

Another thing;
I have read the "How to configure single server for RPC over HTTP".
One configuration value that I have not seen being mentioned is, if the RPC
proxy is configured on the same server as the Exchange server, how is the
Exchange server idntified as?
On the RPC over HTTP tab in the properties page of the Exchange server Is
the Exchange server than configured as a Front-end server back end server or
not a part of RPC over HTTP
