Outlook 2003 on remote sites via VPN after Exchange 2003 Upg |

Clients cannot connect. New profile sets up fine, looks up user name and
verifies mailbox. Close profile wiz, open outlook and cannot connect. Looked
at load on server manually (taskman) and with Exchange Performance
Troubshooting Advisor and no problems with IO.
Never had problems with Exchange 2000 on previous, less powerful server.

I am thinking it might be related to KB-898060 -
