We are using Outlook 2002/2003 in an Exchange 2000 environment. We would
like to track emails sent to contacts in a Public Folder through the
activities tab in the contact itself. Is there a way for Outlook to search
the entire information store for emails sent from anyone in our organization
to this contact?

We are currently using Goldmine but are hoping that Outlook can provide the
same functionality.

Thanks very much for any help.

Matt

Are you wanting to track content or just the fact that a messages was

sent and the timings?
If you want the basics then use your Exchange Message Tracking
feature, and if you want the full details you can either do Selective
Journaling or you can setup a forwarding rule.
Need a little bit more on what you want in order to craft a well
targetted reply.

We'd like to be able to see all correspondence send to a particular contact
from everyone in our office. And be able to click on and view content of
each message.

Thanks again.
