I have 3000 users in a AD 2003 domain. I plan to create a site by putting
additional DC in it. Link between main office and site is slow. i have
additional server in it where exchange could be installed. Which is the best
way to achive that? I have to say that this office is in other state and I
can effort me only one travel there!

Hi;

You can create another site for the office; and put the DC & Exchange there,
for the slow link, you can schedule the replication times to be just at
midnight or what time you prefer (when the users are not working is better)
from both of the active directory connectors (from main office and the other
site).

If you plan to put second exchange in that site, do this schedule to
exchange (for public store for eg.)

this will be easier solution for you...

In E2K3, "Exchange Migration Wizard" will be your answer.
