VB.Net Where do I start? |

I have seen many ways to work with exchange programmatically. I would
like somebody to point me in the right direction.
Basically my company uses exchange to manage support tickets.
I would like a way to query the public folder to search for what
tickets are open and who started the ticket. It is really important
that I be able to search the tickets for as many fields as possible.
If there is sample code great.
I think Ideally I would like this to be asp.net based but it could be
winforms
