Can you/clients logon using domain\username then password? If yes, it just
sounds like the logon asp page was updated where it removed the domain name
from the form.
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/OWA2003Forms-based-Authentication-default-domain.html
has a pretty good section on how to customize the logon.asp which will
return the previous functionality until the next update that replaces the
asp page.
