I am getting an error message on my Pocket PC (Win Mobile 5) that reads:
"Your account in Microsoft Exchange Server does not have permission to
synchronize with your current settings. Contact your Exchange Server
administrator. Support Code: 85010004"

System Setup: Exchange 2003 SP2 and SBS 2003 SP1
Well I am the Exchange Server Admin and I have tried running through setting
up my Certs on my device. I have applied the method over here
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=817379 and even re-ran the SBS original
setup routines. Nothing. I have a feeling this has something to do with
Exchange SP2 because I had no problem prior to that. Any help would be
appreciated.

I think I have the solution.

Special thanks goes to MS PSS on this one.

Open up Exchange System Manager -> Global Settings -> Mobile Services

Righ click -> properties

Open Device Security. Uncheck all options in this panel. Close the panel.

As long as your Certs are in order, the synch should work. I'm guessing that
becasue the devices don't have the manegment pack installed these options are
tripping something up. Hope this works for everyone!

That did it for me Daniel. So when can I start using these options to
control my Axim? If you happen to know.
