We are installing an Exchange 2003 Standard server. We host 4 domain names.
Some users need to be able to change from one "From/Reply" address (mail
identity) to another, at will, depending on the customer they are
communicating with.

Is this possible with Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 and how.

I know it can be done with Outlook 2003 and multiple POP accounts but with
Exchange Server??? I don't want to use POP connections to Exchange as I
loose the Public Folders/Shared Calendering functionality.

If these aren't separate mail-enabled objects (mailboxes, DLs, etc) to which
the user has been assigned Send As permissions, and are additional e-mail
addresses in the user's mailbox, you'll need a third party utility - Choose
From at www.ivasoft.biz.

If they were seperate mailboxes I assume the recipient would see a From:
address of "Sent on behalf of xxx@domain2.com"?

Is this something MS may have added with SP2?

Are there other third party products you know of that offer similar
functionality?
