When I send e-mail to my Exchange Server from Hotmail it comes but Exchange
server immediately send Non-Delivery Message. This message stuck forever in
the Que. It never been delivered, so sender doesn't know that he got not
delivered message.

In summary my server cannot receive messages from Internet or send them to
Internet.

Can someone tell me what is going on.

Mail Server:
Windows Server 2003 + SP1
Exchange Server 2003 + SP2

Domain Server:
Windows Server 2003 + SP1

Firewall Server:

Windows Server 2003 + SP1
ISA 2004

Everything was working fine for couple of weeks and then suddenly this
happened two days ago.
