Hello everybody,

When I logon as a new user to the Exchange Server 2003 with the Outlook 2003
client I always get the default profile from either Exchange or Outlook.
What I like to accomplish is that every new user that logs on to the
Exchange server get my own modified profile with my default settings in
it...

Is here somebody that has done the same? I asked this so often to people but
it seems that I try to do something abnormal here ?!?

Thanks for your help,

Kind regards,
Herman Franssen

You can use the Custom Install Wizard (CIW) that is part of the Office 2003
Resource Kit to include a *.PRF file that Outlook reads to build a profile.
There are also 3rd party profile generators. In either case, there is a
whitepaper at the bottom of
http://www.microsoft.com/office/orkarchive/2003ddl.htm that covers
configuring Outlook with a PRF.
