In this case a migration might be the simplest and cleanest path.

We have an A/P cluster on Windows 2000 SP4 in spanish with Exchange 2000
SP3 in spanish, and we want to upgrade it to Windows 2003 with Exchange
2003 both in english.
I've found this Howto:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;842427
How to upgrade Exchange 2000 Server to Exchange Server 2003 in an
active/passive clustered environment by doing a clean installation of
Windows Server 2003
But I don't know if a cluster runs over two servers with different
language (spanish and english).
