OWA can access by someone but some cannot |

HI, Can someone help me? I almost crazy.
I have completed the set up OWA. So I test it by myself on both in LAN and as well as through the internet. It is Ok and can run smoothly.
So I introduce it to users and ask them to check from outside. Some users can access the OWA.
Some user cannot. They report that after they type the "xxxx/exchange". They can see the login wndows and then type in the user name and password. After that the screen seem process to the OWA and the status bar keep loading but it never reach the sreen. they can only see the bar and then nothing. Also there is no any error message pop up.
So, I try to login by using their name at my home but is OK.
Then, I think it may the pop up browser of their IE.
So, I remote to their home, check their IE setting, but found nothing, Also, I try to enter to OWA by using their computer, but still not success.
I thought that it may be the ISP issue. So, I asked different friend with different ISP to try to enter to OWA and they can success.
I also asked the users who have the prob. use another machines to login to OWA from outside, but they report that they same prob. happen.
The prob. almost make me crazy for a week. but I still can found any error or prob.
Finnally, I use a notebook to access the OWA from my site and it OK. So, I asked the user use the same notebook to access at her site, but still cannot.
Why, Is there anything I miss to set up from the server? Is it possible related to the connecting speed of different ISP.
Appreciate if anyone can help!!!
