No signature in OWA replies

When a user replies to a message in OWA (Exchange 2003) they have no
signature or anything. It's as if they've opened a copy of the original
message. We had this problem before and it turned out to be an Internet
Explorer file that needed to be replaced, which did solve the problem.
However I can't seem to find the information now on which file needs to be
replaced. I believe it was a java or javascript DLL used by IE.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Or come to think of it... it may have been one of the msxml.dll files. Not
sure which version. I'm hoping this sounds familiar to someone and they can
point me in the right direction.
