When mail is send to an Exchange 2003 server the mail automatically bounces
when the user doesn't exist(NDR). Is it possible to reroute al those mail to
an existing mailbox on the Exchange server.

Normally you'd only get an NDR and you can then send a copy of that

NDR to a specific recipient.
If you want to take these messages then you can use Mailbasket from
www.turbogeeks.com to catch all.
