Hi,

When ever we try to sync our mobile devices with our exchange 2003 server
(SBS 2003) we receive the error.

you do not have permission to sync please contact you exhange administrator
etc.

Anyone know how to fix this ?

Since you're using SBS, you might be best served by posting in
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs.
Mention more info (SP2 on Exchange? What handhelds?)
