Using Fax server with coverpage and Outlook 2003 problem |

Hi all
Configuration: Configured an exchange server under Win2003 SBS server. Also
Installed Fax server and users use Outlook 2003 to send faxes over exchange.
MAPI add-on of Fax service is added in all Outlook clients, and checked also
"Include a cover page with faxes" (i need send faxes with coverpage). Users
send faxes with graphical attachments only from Outlook, and they also fit
the "Subject" and "Message Body" of an Outlook email-to-fax message.
Problem: When any of users send a fax with coverpage and attachments, there
is 3 pages that fax sending:
First one is a Cover Page with all personal information that needed, logo
etc., also with the Subject from the email-to-fax Outlook message.
Second one is almoust blank page with text from email-to-fax Message body on
the top
Third one is a graphical attachment.
So HOW may I enter this Message Body text from the email-to-fax Outlook
message into the Cover Page?

Try posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs - the fax server isn't
part of Exchange and you're more likely to get help there. |
