Running:
Dell Poweredge 2850
Exchange Server 2003
Windows Server 2003

Client is running
XP Pro
Outlook 2003
Linksys Wireless Router
Toshiba Laptop

When one of our users is at home he is able to connect to the network via
vpn with no problem. When he opens outlook he will initially have a
connection. When his wife logs on with her laptop she is able to open
outlook and connect to the exchange server but as soon as she does he loses
his connection. When she gets off he is able to connect again. He has a
cable modem with a static ip address and a linksys wireless router. Any help
would be appreciated. Thank you and God bless you! Merry Christmas!

I don't think this is an exchange issue at all, more likely VPN related.
VPN's over NAT are problematic. Typically when you VPN, the VPN client
software sets the default gateway to the VPN tunnel gateway, so that there
is no risk of a dual horizon scenario with 2 gateways. This is a standard
security measure. Now when you have 2 VPN clients behind the same IP
address, NAT'ed, as it were, the VPN concentrator probably views the second
connection as the 'same as' the first, and only services one at a time.

I haven't had to solve this one myself, but I would start poking around with
the VPN software, etc.

Of course, you could just install a FE server, and open OWA, and\or RPC over
HTTP. That is the direction we are tending to go in...
