We're using Exchange Server 2003 SP2 with Outlook 2003 clients on both XP pro
SP2 and W2k SP2. Lately (probably after installing Exch SP2) all clients in
cached mode are unable to update the GAL without deleting and recreating the
Outlook profile. The updated list is visible by switching to view All Users.
Forcing an address list download doesn't help or return any errors. It's not
the 24 hour GAL rebuild cycle.
