Outlook folders displayed in Japanese |

I have some users whose default folders in Outlook show upin Japanese
characters. I have East Asian languages installed on my Exchange server as I
support users in Japan and the US. Only some of my users in the US are
having this problem. The problem seems to only effect certain users, no
matter what machine they log onto. I can find nothing about this on google
or the microsoft website.
