migration from exchange 2000 to 2003. |

I have done several migrations, exchange 2000 to 2003, but never in a multi
server environment. I have a migration coming up where there are two servers
located in two geographically separate offices (connected via frame relay)
both the servers are part of the same exchange organisation. My questions
are as follows:
1. Is there any particular document or technote to consider when doing a
migration where servers are located in different locations.
2. I am planning on doing a new hardware install/migration on the primary
location, is it possible for me to do this and wait a few days (locations
are far apart) before upgrading the second exchange 2000 server to 2003.
Will the two servers exchange 2003 and 2000 coexist without any issues?
Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated.
