Emails not getting thru the server? |

Exchange 2003.
I've found the emails which I sent from a Hotmail account to my internal
corporate account are not getting in. I went to the Message Tracking Center
and did a search and found them. When I open them, I get the following event
details:
SMTP: Message archived by Intelligent Message Filtering
SMTP: Message deleted by Intelligent Message Filtering
How do I stop the IMF from deleting certain emails?

Thanks Ben,
Interestingly, a problem whereby certain incoming emails were going
"missing" started about four days ago. With some research, I've found the
SCL thresholds which were both set to 1. I've changed them to 6. Strange!?

Is it possible that the IMF thresholds can change by themselves- because the
Event Viewer is showing this!! There have been value changes over the last
few days to "1" for both IMF thresholds.....

I've never heard of them changing themselves. Does anybody else have access

There are certain servers/workstations in the domain which send emails (from
backup software etc) and the emails have a rating of say 4. Can I "tell" the
IMF that these emails are "OK"?
