Clients are set to be in cache mode, automatically detect connection state,
and user identification is unchecked.
When the connection to the Exchange server is lost, the users were prompted
to login again, and when some did it went back to a connected state.
When some cancelled the login prompt, it goes into offline state and then
they manually have to change mode to work online and provide credentials to
login.
Is there a setting that is causing the re-authentication? I thought if the
connection to the Exchange server was lost, the client would go into a
disconnect state and make attempts to automatically connect.
