Hello
I have a strange problem with OWA.
Currently we are using Exchange 2003 SP1.
There is a user who can't send mail to a specific external domain from
OWA, but this user can send mail to this domain from Outlook 2003.
Other users can send mail to this external domain from OWA, although
there is always delay in delivery of message. This external domain
seems to have no problem with reciving mail.
It seems that when this specific user try to send mail to this specific
external domain from OWA, the Exchange server is looking for this
external domain internally forever.
Please tell me a possible reason of this problem and how to fix this
problem.
