When one of our users either sends a meeting request or appointment request,
if a required person sends a reply (accept, decline) they receive a message
from the Automated response saying that their reply went to a mailbox that
was no longer on the system. This is not the originator of the email, but
someone who used to be on our system but is no longer on it.

This also occurs when someone send a meeting request to this above
individual. However, it does occur with regular email messages, only
calendared items.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Tony

Is there any NDR received from the account while sending meeting requests to
other person such as "Email account does not exist in the organization".If
yes then this Link would possibly help in resolving the issue
