Greetings

I would like to create a message rule for our Outlook users. Basically, if
Subject contains SPAM, move to spam folder.

Can I do this from the Exchange Server, so it will effect all the users? Or
do I have to visit each user and manually configure?

Thanks

What versions of OUtlook and Exchange are you using?

Exchange 2003 with the IMF and OUtlook 2003 in cache mode can do alot
of the heavy lifting for you.
