Microsoft Exchange Server Profile Analyzer Problem # 2 |
|
|
I have followed the instructions in the readme.doc and have created a new
user that has assigned the right permissions and is delegated as a view only
admin.
I have tested this account by logging onto DAV connections with no issues.
The error I get on every occasion is
CompletedWithException
I am able to see very limited stats such as number of mailboxes...but no
specifics on size etc.
Is there a log file generated? Or does anyone have any idea what the issue is?

The default log file will be located at the user's application data path. For
example, C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Epa\epalogYYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.log
Feel free to send any feedback on the tool directly to epafb@microsoft.com.

I think that's the issue here. Doing the same thing (adding a universal
address) should solve your problem.

We run hosted exchange, so obviously most of our mailboxs are not @ the
default domain.
We ran into a similar problem with EAS, but managed to fix that buy adding a
universal @domain.com address to every user which EAS alowed logins by.

Normally, the errro is reported for two reasons. Either the virtual server is
not running or the SMTP domain of the virtual server does not match with
user's smtp domains. I would recommend you to check the http virtual servers
on your exchange server for these two things. Is there an OWA link that you
can access user's mailbox without any problem?

Ok, I am getting this error

Any ideas?
