I Have Followed the instructions here :

In Exchange 2000/2003, how can I configure a newsgroup feed from a live NNTP
server

http://www.petri.co.il/configure_newsgroup_feed_from_nntp_server.htm

for msnews.microsoft.com and subscribed to
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs but when in Outlook 2003 I go to

All Public Folders > Internet Newsgroups > microsoft > public > windows >
server > sbs there are no Items to view.

Is this the correct way to read Newsgroups in SBS 2003 ?

How can I check the server if it has downloaded any Messages ??

Is there a better way??? without any add ons ???

You must contact your ISP.
They will configure their NNTP servers and allow you to pull data as
well as group information.
Then configure the server, as per article, using the server details
the ISP gave you.

You cannot connect to and use a server to pull messages from
msnews.microsoft.com
