Using MSES 2003 and Outlook 2003. When a user sends a message to multiple
recipients requesting a delivery receipt, the only ones tracked are internal
despite the fact that she receives delivery receipts from external
addressees
also. How can I get it to track external receipts? (I've tested this on my
computer minus MSES and it tracks external deliveries correctly.)
