Hi,

I have some difficulty in locating contact list. User are using MS
Outlook 2000 to retrieve their email. Mail are retrieved to outlook
from exchange server. A personal folder is created to deliver the mail
from exchange mailbox.

Currently, whenever a user is composing a new email, and click the 'to'
button to access the address book, only global address contact is
displayed. Those Contact created under Exchange mailbox as well as
personal folder is not displayed.

Any idea?

Thnaks.

First off, make sure that the MAPI profile as an "Outlook Address
Book" listed. If it does already then you need to be aware that your
mailbox contacts are not intergrated into your GAL. If you know part
of the name or address you can enter it and then Alt/K to resolve. If
you don't know the address then you can open the Address Book and use
the drop-down list to find where it says "Contacts" and locate the
name there.
