Problem with Tasks/Reminders in Outlook Web Access |

I have an Exchange server that serves up email to a corporate office
with about 50 users as well as about 20 remote properties with several
users in each. The server is running Windows 2003 Server and Exchange
2003.
It's been doing pretty well, except that lately the task reminderes in
Outlook Web Access (OWA) have been randomly not working.
For example, I create a task that is due today, and create a reminder
for 4pm today. The reminder will work correctly sometimes and sometimes
will not pop-up at 4pm until you refresh the browser. So I get the
reminder, and click "snooze" for 5 minutes. In 5 minutes I may get
another reminder, or I may not. So it just randomly works or doesn't.
I've tried this from serveral different computers logging in as several
different users. All exhibit a similar behavior.
Let me add that this has been working perfectly before.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Please help.
