Are there any problems with installing Exhange 2003 on a windows 2000 server
(front end server). Will i be giving up any functionality.

You might save yourself the bother. On W2K you don't get all the

features in E2K3 so just save yourself the time and wait until you're
ready to install a new (or format the existing) box with both 2003 on
them.
