Cannot send email from one E2K to another E2K under same Org |

Dear All,
My problem is really strange.
I am running an Exchange 2000 server on Windows 2000 (Say server1). The
server1 is running well, no error. Now I want to transfer all its mailbox to
a new seperate physical Exchange 2000 (Say server2). And make server2 as my
permanent exchange server.
Both the server1 and server2 are on same AD and same Exchange organization.
I have got total two ADs and both of them are replicating successfully.
With this intension, I installed Windows 2000 (SP4) with Exchange 2000 (SP3)
with all the post fixes on server2. Now I have successfully moved one mailbox
from server1 to the new exchange server2. The user that has been moved can
send email from its new location to the mailboxes sitting on the old server1.
But users from the server1 cannot send email to the users on server2. I am
having only one error log in my Event Viewer. The Event IDs are 8276, 116 and
5.
Server2 can even send outside world.
