Is it possible to have a "universal" signature for every email that is sent
from a domain. i.e. I have someone who wants to set up a confidential notice
on every email from every user without configuring every outlook signature.

Does exchange have this capability? How do I set it up?

Nothing native or built-in.

- Using a transport event sink
