Exchange 5.5 to 2003 |

I am upgrading from 5.5 to 2003. I have done a fair amount of research and
think that I have a plan laid out. I was just hoping for any feedback on that
plan.
Currently I have a Windows 2000 domain controller that has Exchange 5.5
running on it. I will be purchasing a new server running Windows 2003. I
would like to add that server as a memeber server and run Exchange 2003 on
it. My plan is to run forestprep/adprep on the 2000 domain controller,
install Exchange 2003 on the Windows 2003 server, move mailboxes, public
folders etc. to the Exchange 2003 server, get rid of Exchange 5.5.
Anybody see any flaws here? Will Exchange 5.5 still function correctly to
run in parallel once I have run the adprep?
