Backup not updating |

Hello,
Newbie to Exchange. Configuring our first server, haven't gone live yet.
I've scheduled a daily full backup using standard NTBackup. I run the Best
practices analyzer tool and according to it, both the Mailbox Store and the
Public Folder store don't think they have ever been backed up.
What am I missing? Do I need some other type of backup than NTBackup?

NTBackup will provide an Online backup of Exchange Server. Here is link to
help explain how to use NTbackup to backup your Exchange Server, post back
if you have any further questions.
