It is the 'normal' OWA that you see when you use OWA 2000 or 2003 in IE. If
you use OWA in a non-MS browser, the server will send a slightly reduced
Basic version (i.e. less features) to the client. You can also ask the
server to send the Basic version when you login if you use Forms-based Auth.
