I have a single client machine which for some reason, regardless of the
user that logs in, cannot download his address book via
Tools/Send+Receive/Download Address Book. The option is simply greyed
out. On all the other machines connected to this server, this option
works fine.

Does anyone know how to enable it? I've checked the settings and they
appear equal, and the option claims to be disabled by the
administrator. Remember, it works on all the other computers which run
via the same image.

The client is Outlook 2003, it worked prior to our upgrade from 2002.
